Sarah had her 5th birthday party on Saturday. This is a chronicle of the day's events:
The participants. Only a few kids got wet even though it was a water party...the weather was not cooperating and it rained part of the time. Although it didn't dampen spirits, we had to keep track of who was in the house and who was not!

Opening of presents is more like mob control. It's amazing how excited kids get no matter who's opening the presents or whether they know what it is or not. It's kind of a challenge to see who can get closest to the present opener!
Parlor tricks while the nuggets were cooking: Can you touch the top of your hat?
How about your nose?
Blowing out the candles. We served strawberries and stawberry-flavored applesauce along with chicken nuggets. (Get it? Strawberry Shortcake theme!)
LOGAN NEWS: Logan loves his "bouncy chair". This was shot on my phone camera so the quality is low, but you get the idea. He's got really strong legs just like his dad!
